Contiki FAQ - tyrol region of Austria

A: The trout farm is a place where you can go catch your own fish. They give you rods and let you fish in their pond. Afterwards they cook the fish and you can eat it there. It is a good way to spend a few hours.

A: The town off to the trout farm is about half way to the town from the contiki lodge. From the turn off it is another 20 minutes or so walk, so all up about a 30 minute walk or a short taxi ride.

A: There is not much here, there is a supermarket, a few touristy shops. The trout farm and acafe or two, but it is not a big town.

A; There is usually a bike ride on the free day, but if it rains, then you can watch movies in the lodge or walk into town with umbrellas provided.
